Cancellation Policy
*All boarding reservations require a credit card or payment in full by cash, check or E Transfer. Cancellation policy also includes changes to dates booked.
Regular Season (any dates not included in Peak Season)
We require notice 7 days prior to scheduled check in date, otherwise fees listed below apply. (Your card will NOT be charged or money will be refunded as long as notice is given PRIOR to 7 days.)
Less Than 7 days notice will result in a charge of 50% of the invoice amount for the time booked (or only 50% refunded)
Less Than 3 days notice will result in a charge of 80% of the invoice amount for the time booked (or only 20% refunded)
NO SHOW will result in full invoice being charged (NO REFUND)
Peak Season (Christmas, Thanksgiving, March Break, Long Weekends and July 1-Sept 2)
We require 14 days notice prior to scheduled check in. Notice given within less than 14 days will result in 50% refund/charge of total invoice amount.
Less than 7 days notice will result in NO REFUND/FULL CHARGE.
* Campers can notify me at the time of booking their reservation that they are camping and if they need to cancel last minute due to weather they can put the cancellation amount owing toward a re-book.
**Exceptions are made for deaths or serious illness/injury.
